The 'Terruco' Is the Other
Boys and girls fill the playground when they return from school. They know very little about the hardships of the past experienced in their neighborhood during the time of Sendero. May they keep playing, and perhaps when they are older, the time of truth will come. Some victims whose testimonies are collected by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVR), after asking for justice, ask that this never happen to anyone again; that is the closest thing to an exemplary memory that we have.
