CNM Launched Investigation Against Villa Stein and Four Supreme Court Judges
The Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura, as the sole disciplinary body for Supreme Court judges, agreed yesterday to open a preliminary investigation into the magistrates of the Sala Penal of that judicial body, in response to their controversial ruling in favor of the Colina group. The magistrates will have 10 days to submit their responses.
