Ombudsman Report No. 129: Analysis of Legislative Decrees Enacted Under Powers Granted by Law No. 29009
The Defensoría del Pueblo, through its Constitutional Affairs Deputy Office, has prepared this report on the legislative decrees issued by the Executive Branch under the authority delegated by Law No. 29009, with the aim of providing contributions for a comprehensive approach to organized crime, within the framework of the constitutional norms of a State governed by the rule of law and respect for fundamental rights, in accordance with the human rights treaties ratified by the Peruvian State.
