Ombudsman Report No. 128: The State Confronting Victims of Violence. Where Are We Headed on Reparations and Justice Policies?

This Ombudsman's Report analyzes State policies regarding reparation for victims of violence and the actions of the justice administration system in investigating and adjudicating human rights violation cases. What is incorporated as a new element is the supervision of cases covered by the Friendly Settlement Agreement signed between the Peruvian State and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (CIDH).
