State Department Report: On the Critical Line
The State Department report on Human Rights in Peru once again stirred the fury of the regime, to the point that President Fujimori said it had been drafted by "the shortsighted, the blind, and the color-blind." We believe, on the contrary, that the State Department "sees clearly," as the report corresponds to the reality of the country.
