Flores-Aráoz Notes That the CVR Report Has Not Achieved Reconciliation
Six years after the presentation of the report of the Comisión de la Verdad (CVR), reconciliation among Peruvians has not been achieved due to the "existing bias" in that document against the Armed Forces in their fight against terrorism, said former Defense Minister Antero Flores-Aráoz.
