This document constitutes Departmental Report 1 of the Reparations Monitoring System, a project being carried out by the Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos – APRODEH, in partnership with the International Center for Transitional Justice - ICTJ, with an intervention zone covering the departments of Ayacucho, Apurímac, Huánuco, and Junín, which were affected by the political violence that swept our country between 1980 and 2000.
