Sentence of Alberto Fujimori
The Special Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic convicts Alberto Fujimori Fujimori, also known as Kenya Fujimori, as the indirect perpetrator of the crimes of: Aggravated homicide, Serious bodily harm, and Aggravated kidnapping, and accordingly SENTENCES him to Twenty-Five Years of imprisonment. The defense appealed the verdict.
