State-Society Relations in Peru: A Bibliographic Review
This work grew out of conversations with the DFID staff and aims to address the following need: "International cooperation requires a deep understanding of the complex and changing nature of State-society relations, as well as whether it is possible and/or appropriate to intervene to support qualitative change in those relations." To that end, the author analyzes and comments on 16 works that allow him to describe the relations between State and Society in Peru.
