Assessment of State Actions in Implementing the Recommendations of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Final Report, August 2003 – August 2004
The Truth and Reconciliation Commission, in its Final Report, proposed a series of recommendations regarding the administration of justice, reparations, and institutional reforms. Approximately one year after the delivery of the Report, it is pertinent and necessary to carry out an evaluation of its recommendations.
