Presentation by Dr. Salomón Lerner Febres before the Human Rights Commission of the Congress of the Republic, stating that the mandate conferred on the CVR consists of contributing to the clarification of serious crimes and human rights violations, as well as identifying the causes and the process of violence that gravely affected the country for twenty years. This will make it possible to develop viable proposals for reparation, justice, and reconciliation.
