The Reproductive Health and Family Planning Program 1996–2000 Is Approved
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 071-96-SA/DM, the "Programa de Salud Reproductiva y Planificación Familiar 1996-2000" was approved, which constitutes the referential and strategic framework for local and national-level actions. Forced sterilizations were carried out based on this program.
