Who Is Ramírez Durand?
"Feliciano" is considered the last historic leader of Senderismo. That is why, after the capture of the main Central Committee and National Directorate of Sendero — including "President Gonzalo" in September 1992 — the remaining national terrorist commanders who were still at large did not think twice and handed control of their political movement to Oscar Ramírez Durand.
