While the members of the Colina group — convicted killers, unidentified members, and unpunished commanders — walk freely in the streets, their main accuser, General Rodolfo Robles Espinoza, an honest and courageous military man who has never committed a crime, is locked in a damp cell at Real Felipe. That is the justice of the New Peru announced to us by President Alberto Fujimori. If any doubt remained about the dynamite attack against Canal 13's affiliate in Puno, it was dispelled on Tuesday morning when a team of intelligence service agents kidnapped General Robles, the most pointed and well-informed critic of the Colina group.
