Another Scandal. Barrios Altos Law
Twenty minutes after the "Barrios Altos law" was passed in the CCD, the magistrates who had been staging a Japanese strike — working more than normal — at the Palacio de Justicia went to the chambers of Judge Antonia Saquicuray. They expressed their support and showed solidarity with her, in the face of the attacks made by ruling-party congressmen at Wednesday night's session. Published June 30, 1995.
