The Peruvian dead in the years of violence - CVR
Video recording the commemorative events for the third anniversary (2006) of the delivery of the Final Report of the Comisión de la Verdad. The events were held at the monument known as "El ojo que llora" (The Eye That Cries), in the Campo de Marte in Lima. There, attention was drawn to the government's position of ignoring the recommendations made by the CVR toward genuine reconciliation in the country. Cardinal Juan Luis Cipriani was also singled out for his indifference toward the victims.
