State of Fear. Presentation
The film Estado de Miedo is based on the work of the CVR and reveals the human and social cost that results when an unscrupulous government launches an all-out war against terrorism. This film follows events that took place in Peru, while at the same time serving as an allegory for the current global war on terrorism.
