The Repared Scholarship: Opportunity and Right in the Education Reparations Program
Research measuring how the Repared scholarship program has been functioning — a program that covers higher, technical, and university education studies at public and private institutions in Peru for victims of the Internal Armed Conflict. This publication aims to contribute to the improvement of REPARED and, more broadly, to the understanding of the dynamics of reparation processes in Peru, which are a constant concern of Idehpucp.
