This report covers four years (2007–2011) of implementation of the Collective Reparations Program (PRC) as part of the Comprehensive Reparations Plan (PIR) for victims of Peru's internal armed conflict, which is embedded in the recommendations of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR).
