Huanta. Right to Education, Health and Employment Generation as a Right to Reparation - Survey

The results of the survey "Huanta: Right to Education, Health, and Employment Generation as a Right to Reparation," presented in this publication, were carried out within the framework of the project "Reparation Proposal for Those Affected by Political Violence for an Inclusive Democracy in the Province of Huanta, Department of Ayacucho." The research results show the local and family economic situation, highlight the problems of each district, evaluate the work of local governments according to specific topics, and propose measures to improve municipal administration. The survey also accounts for the levels of progress and demands regarding reparation for victims of political violence within the framework of the implementation of Law 28592. In general, the survey records an evaluation in which positive responses are in the minority, concentrated in the diagnosis that things are "from fair to somewhat good."
