Huanta. Right to Education, Health and Employment Generation as a Right to Reparation
The texts presented in this publication were produced within the framework of the Proposal for Reparation for the Population Affected by Political Violence in the Province of Huanta, a project funded by the Italian-Peruvian Fund and implemented by the Movimiento Laico América Latina and the Instituto de Dialogo y Propuestas, with the aim of contributing to the provincial municipal plan for comprehensive reparations for victims of the internal armed conflict and to the recognition and effective restitution of the citizens' rights severely affected by the tragic events that erupted in this region during the 1980s and 1990s.
