Plot Against the Military. Falsehoods of the CVR

In these pages the author aims to demonstrate that the FFAA and the PNP, as well as the peasants who organized themselves into Rondas Campesinas and Comités de Autodefensa, acted not only within the framework of the law but, moreover, obeying imperative mandates established — invariably — in the current Constitution and in those that preceded it. Likewise, with an abundance of details and references, we find that the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) operating in Peru are carrying out their plans by overwhelming national governments and institutions, and distorting their original altruistic and humanist aims in order to place them today at the service of foreign interests and ideologies that are far from edifying. The work also aims to be instructive for readers, expanding on or introducing concepts and actions related to national security, as well as some "techniques" employed by Marxists — today the so-called izquierda caviar — to manipulate society, with the transparent purpose of helping them better understand the military world and be alert against disinformation, and thus contributing to closing somewhat the "gap" that separates civilians from the military and that becomes evident from time to time.
