Crime and Impunity. The "Colina Group" and Power
The purpose of this book is to keep alive in national memory the recollection of crimes and attacks committed by an operational group of an official organization, whose abominable actions have been directed – and to this day may continue to be – from the pinnacle of power with execrable political ends, under the guise of the counter-subversive struggle. With law number 26479, called the "amnesty law," an attempt was made to bury forever the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators and architects of this project, co-authors of multiple criminal acts, so that the people would forget them in the name of "national reconciliation."
