NGOs: Imagined Enemies

The work by Toche, which consists of an essay that seeks to reconstruct the different scenarios in which the conflict between the State and the Non-Governmental Development Organizations – ONGD – became evident, is combined with a chronology of the main moments in the relationship, a selection of viewpoints from relevant actors, various documents showing the "temperature" and characteristics of the debate, as well as a compilation of the extensive legislation produced by the State on the matter. In other words, he organizes and presents for us the basic inputs for a serious debate, still pending in the country. (Excerpt from presentation).
