The Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru presents this orientation guide aimed at persons affected by the internal armed conflict that occurred in Peru between 1980 and 2000. This initiative is framed within the ICRC's concern for the plight of relatives of disappeared persons, who constantly and daily live with the uncertainty and pain of not knowing what fate befell their loved ones.
