10 Years CVR. Learning from What Was Lived
Paz y Esperanza, together with the Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos and the Movimiento Ciudadano Para Que No Se Repita, through this pamphlet, present a brief and straightforward assessment 10 years after the submission of the CVR's Final Report, calling for a redoubling of efforts to fulfill the rights of victims, consolidating the process of truth, justice, and reparation, and laying firm foundations for the construction of a just, solidarity-based society free of all forms of exclusion and discrimination.
