The Principle of Non-Applicability of Statutes of Limitations in Crimes Against Humanity in the Peruvian Judicialization Process
This thesis is part of an investigation developed over several years in which we have been immersed in the process of judicialization of serious human rights violations perpetrated in the context of the internal armed conflict that Peru experienced (1980-2000). Through this research we present and analyze various currents and positions that have been adopted by the international community in dealing with these crimes.
