This research was conducted in the community of Putacca, Ayacucho, with a group of adolescents who participated in a collective memory project promoted by the Asociación Paz y Esperanza. Theory tells us that it is fundamental to consider the youngest members of the community as bearers of memory, as this contributes to the consolidation of bonds between different generations and to the recognition of belonging to a shared community. The objective of this research was to identify the meanings, learning outcomes, and future perspectives of the adolescents in relation to their experience in a process of collective memory construction.
