Memory Magazine No. 8
Memoria No. 8 contains three applied research pieces on topics related to democracy, human rights, and culture, produced by CISEPA at PUCP. Ethnicity, the disappeared, and migration make up the first part of the journal, followed by an in-depth interview with the deputy senior prosecutor, Avelino Guillén, who played an important role in the conviction of Fujimori. It also includes two in-depth reports illustrating the skills needed to obtain employment based on an "employability index," and another on sign language in the country's schools. Finally, to close this issue, we have included a graphic portfolio on the payment to the earth in Cabanaconde (Arequipa).
