Democratic Transformations and Memories of Violence in Peru
The Instituto de Democracia y Derechos Humanos de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (IDEHPUCP) makes available to the interested public this working document, which analyzes the scenarios that have emerged in Peru following the presentation of the CVR Report, from a perspective that has been somewhat overlooked: the formation of the country's historical memory around the events that were the subject of the CVR Report, as well as the connection between the broad sense of justice and the specific sense proper to the criminal legal system.
