Passersby are immobilized by members of the Guardia Republicana against the wall of the former El Sexto prison following the attack of February 20, 1987. That day a car bomb exploded three blocks from an APRA rally led by President of the Republic Alan García Pérez at the APRA headquarters, known as the Casa del Pueblo, and one block from the Lima Prefecture and the Headquarters of the Policía de Investigaciones (PIP).
