A car bomb explodes three blocks from an APRA rally
On February 20, 1987, a car bomb exploded three blocks from an APRA rally led by President of the Republic Alan García Pérez at the APRA headquarters, known as the Casa del Pueblo, and one block from the Lima Prefecture and the Headquarters of the Policía de Investigaciones del Perú (PIP).
