Army members detain residents at the Jorge Félix Raucana settlement 2

Army members detain residents at the Jorge Félix Raucana shantytown in Lima. On April 28, 1992, a confrontation occurred between the residents of Raucana, who were demanding the release of their leaders detained during the early morning hours, and military personnel trying to restore order. The detainees were Félix Cóndor Huaman and Heredia Torres, both arrested with material detailing the compartments of the first division camp of the Army's Special Forces in the AAHH of Raucana. The detainees were taken to DINCOTE; however, as a result of the confrontation, one civilian died and 12 people were injured, including 4 soldiers.
