Remains of the priest Víctor Acuña Rodríguez, murdered in the market of the La Magdalena neighborhood, city of Ayacucho, on December 3, 1987. Sendero Luminoso claimed responsibility for this murder, stating that Acuña "was a thief and trafficked in donations."
