Attack on the Indian Embassy
PCP-SL attack on Indian Embassy with three civilian guards killed
Fourteen members of the PCP-SL attacked the Indian Embassy and killed three civilian guards, including an ensign outside the Embassy. This attack was part of the escalation of terrorist violence in Lima during 1987, when attacks were occurring with greater frequency and recklessness.
