Statement by Felipe Osterling on Terrorism and Human Rights

Felipe Osterling Parodi made statements in the newspaper La Crónica stating that terrorism is the cause of the violation of human rights in the country. In his statements, Osterling criticized the Creole communists for not condemning terrorism. This statement came in the context of an intense political debate on the responsibility for human rights violations in the emergency zones.
