Attack against Banco Agrario of Huaraz

On August 16, there was an attack against the Agrarian Bank of Huaraz. This attack was part of the escalation of political violence that had been developing in the country since the beginning of the armed struggle of the PCP-Sendero Luminoso in May of that year.
