Barcelona Traction Case

La CVR cita la sentencia de la Corte Internacional de Justicia del caso Barcelona Traction (1970) para fundamentar que los derechos inderogables de la persona humana constituyen obligaciones erga omnes de los Estados. Estas obligaciones, reconocidas por la comunidad internacional, tienen como fuente el Derecho Internacional de Derechos Humanos, el Derecho Internacional Humanitario y el Derecho Penal Internacional.
