Property Title Dispute in Chapioco
On September 12, 1986, the community of Chapioco was awarded a property title as per the resolution directoral No. 817-86 DCGR/AR. Despite the official documentation, the community has not received the land due to resistance from the members of the Agrarian Cooperative of Parina. The cooperative members have refused to comply with the laws and restructuring efforts, leaving the community with only the title on paper.
En el RIMANACUY 86 se entregó el título de propiedad No. 308-86 a la comunidad de Chapioco mediante resolución directoral No. 817-86 DCGR/AR del 12 de setiembre de 1986, adjudicándosele una parte de la Cooperativa Agraria de Parina. Sin embargo, la comunidad no recibió el terreno físicamente, poseiendo solo documentación. Los señores de la Cooperativa se resistieron a entregar el fundo, argumentando su rechazo a las leyes y la reestructuración.
