Violence and Coercion by PCP-SL in Vilcashuamán

Según testimonios recogidos en Vilcashuamán y Pujas, el PCP-SL utilizó la fuerza y las armas para constreñir a la población civil a participar en actos violentos. Los comuneros fueron capturados en circunstancias confusas, reuniendo entre 200 y 300 personas que fueron conducidas a la hacienda Ayzarca. Los testimonios indican que la población actuó sin plena conciencia de sus actos, sometida por el terror impuesto por la organización subversiva.
