Amnesty for police officers prosecuted for abuse of authority in San Ignacio

The Third Specialized Criminal Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Lambayeque declared the amnesty exception founded in the process against the three police officers prosecuted for abuse of authority and injuries against the defenders of the San Ignacio forests. This decision was made in application of Law 26479, which closed the process and ordered its definitive archiving, thus consolidating the impunity of those responsible.
