Forensic Medical Certificate N°39050-L - Examination of María Magdalena Monteza Benavides

The results indicated the presence of old injuries and tears, which was used by the War Council Chamber to deny the occurrence of rape, although the TRC considers that these results do not rule out rape considering the limitations of the 1992 legal medical examinations.
