Martha Huatay Ruiz, from the Metropolitan Lima Committee of the PCP-SL, is arrested.
Martha Huatay Ruiz, head of Socorro Popular and member of the Metropolitan Lima Committee of the PCP-SL, was captured. Her capture is part of the disarticulation of the Shining Path structure in Lima after the capture of Abimael Guzman.
