Provisional closure of case due to lack of police cooperation in investigation
Provincial Prosecutor Jorge Huerta Marquez provisionally filed the complaint on the disappearance of Pedro Eduardo Haro Cruz and Cesar Augusto Mautino Camones. This decision was taken after the Technical Police of Huaraz did not comply with the request to send the results of the extended investigations repeatedly requested by means of official letters of August 1989, January and August 1990. The prosecutor ordered the Technical Police to send the results within fifteen days.
