Habeas Corpus for missing activist declared inadmissible due to lack of evidence of detention

The Provisional Examining Judge issued a resolution declaring the Habeas Corpus action filed by APRODEH in favor of Angel Escobar Jurado IMPROCEDENT. The resolution indicated that from the findings made at police stations and the Army Military Base, the detention of the citizen was not proven, therefore the facts were not accredited and the lawsuit lacked a concrete factual basis. On March 7, 1990 APRODEH filed an appeal.
