Second Habeas Corpus action for 7 missing persons filed but no judicial response obtained
The relatives corroborated the imprisonment of Raúl Salas Chocas, Wilson Salas Huanuco, Nicolás Chocas Cavero, Freddy Flores Salas, Teódulo Simón Yaringaño, Jaime Jesús Montalvo and José Camarena Peña, so a second Habeas Corpus Action was filed before the Correctional Court of Huancayo. No response was ever obtained from the judicial authorities.
