  2. Rape of woman while she was collecting firewood

    The declarant narrates that when she was gathering firewood she was chased by a subversive who subsequently raped her. The subversive told her: 'if you are not going to accept me, I am going to kill you'. The victim screamed for help but no one came to her aid.
