  2. Kidnapping and rape of young woman resulting in pregnancy

    The affiant's daughter was kidnapped from her home and forced to accompany the hikers on their trips. She remained with them for three months. When she was able to escape, she was pregnant as a result of rape. The case is evidence of kidnapping, servitude and rape by PCP-SL.
