2. Sept. 29, 1990

   Bodies of high school student and student detained by police found dead

   The bodies of law graduate Marcelino Valencia Alvaro, legal advisor of the Agrarian League, and student Zacarías Pasca were found on the 29th in Santo Tomás, Chumbivilcas. Days before they had been detained by the police. This case is evidence of the practice of forced disappearance and extrajudicial execution.
