  2. Execution of 5 peasants by subversives and death of Luis Valer by paramilitaries

    5 peasants were executed by subversives in Chumbivilcas. The following day, Luis Valer, brother of Tany Valer, IU deputy, was tortured by paramilitaries and died in the hospital in the province of Espinar.
